Damani Ralph To Join Russian Club

Jamaican international Damani Ralph will leave Chicago Fire in the USA to join Russian side FC Rubin Kazan, according to recent reports. The deal is reported to be for three years with a starting salary of US$650,000 which will increase after each season. It was also reported that the deal included a transfer fee was US$2 million, with a portion to go to the Chicago Fire. Since joining the USA Major League Soccer two years ago, Ralph has scored 22 goals and had nine assists. By joining FC Rubin Kazan which finished 10th in the Russian Premier League season, Ralph will have an opportunity to play in the UEFA Cup. Ralph has so far scored one international goal for Jamaica.
